Preconcentration of Copper Traces on C60-C70 Fullerenes by Formation of Ion Pairs and Chelates

A study assessed the adsorptive potential of C60 and C70 fullerenes for the preconcentration of copper traces. The effect of concurrent cations is examined in order to optimize the best chemical system for the determination of copper.
