Cyanide Determination Using an Amperometric Biosensor Based on Cytochrome Oxidase Inhibition

An amperometric reagentless biosensor developed for the sensitive determination of cyanide is described. The biosensor is based on a carbon paste electrode modified by asolectin, cytochrome c and cytochrome oxidase.
