Window evolving factor analysis for assessment of peak homogeneity in liquid chromatography

A chromatographic system was developed that permits the evaluation of the performance of methods for peak purity control in liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection. The system was used to assess the fixed size window evolving factor analysis method.
