Summary: | PTB7:PC70BM bulk heterojunction solar cells with variable degree of fluorination in the thieno[3,4-b]thiophene units were prepared by spin-coating on ITO-covered glass in ambient conditions. We investigated the effect of the fluorination on the dynamic properties of the cells which were characterized by impedance spectroscopy in the frequency range between 1 mHz and 100 kHz. The results for the obtained parameters for the series and shunt resistances are compared and related to these obtained by the J-V characteristics. |
