Electric Propulsion Thrusters: Laboratory Investigation of Jets by Probe Methods

Features of probe measurements of plasma jet parameters of the electric propulsion thrusters under laboratory conditions are studied. Effect of the pressure of the residual gas in the vacuum chamber onto plasma jet formation and spread are investigated.
