Summary: | Aims to develop contribution functions for common types of cladding used in different types of buildings considering damage repair cost (seismic loss estimation). Performs a building survey to identify types and quantity of cladding used in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Uses data from the survey also to develop cladding distribution (i.e. density) functions. Identifies fragility functions. Looks also at typical repair/replacement costs.
