Summary: | The goal of this research is to estimate the calculations of balk modulus of hexagonal structure semiconductors basing on lattice constant and using some methods of numerical interpolation such as Neville, Spline and Least squares methods. We created mathematical models to conduct these calculations. The deductible results were very close to the real results. We then estimated the calculation of balk modulus in term of lattice constant of hexagonal structure semiconductors outside the fields and labs measured areas. |
