Description
Summary:The concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and performance appear, at first glance, to be relatively unrelated. CSR defines a company's stance toward its environment, while the concept of performance questions the sometimes subtle links between the articulation of resources and the obtaining of one or more results. However, the implementation of both these concepts leads numerous authors to identify the same indicators and the same criteria. The purpose of this article is to examine the differences and similarities between the two concepts and propose an interpretation matrix, which both presents the relationship between CRS and performance and which attempts to define the specificities of CSR.
