Description
Summary:The ever-increasing complexity of managing electronic journals has challenged the traditional methods libraries have used for years to provide access to materials in periodical literature. User education, integration with local online library systems, and the availability of online value-added information are all new factors in this rapidly changing arena of electronic information. This workshop presented a survey of current methods of linking to full-text material, provided information on projects that provide access to full-text articles, and detailed a case study of a partnership with a library system and vendor to provide access to full-text materials.
