Summary: | Chemical analysis showed creatinine serum was 2.4 mg/dL.Relevant Test Results Prior to Catheterization Electrocardiogram (ECG) on patient A revealed anteroseptal old myocardial infarction. ECG on patient B revealed anterior old myocardial infarction and abnormal LV systolic function (EF byteich 45%) with anterior hypokinesis and eccentric LVH.Relevant Catheterization Findings Coronary angiography (CAG) on the patient A showed blunt CTO of the proximal LAD (J- CTO score was 2), stenosis 50 % of osteal OM 1, stenosis 50% proximal RCA and good collaterals from distal RCA to the LAD via septal branches. On the patient B, CAG showed blunt CTO of proximal LAD (J-CTO score was 2), CTO of distal left circumflex, stenosis 50% of proximal and distal RCA, with good collaterals to LAD via septal branches.Interventional Management Procedural Step The approach sites on the patient A was femoral artery. |
