Role of Various Carotenoids in Lung Cancer Prevention

Knekt et al reanalyze the data from the Finnish Mobile Clinic Health Examination Survey to evaluate whether the inverse association observed between the intake of fruits and vegetables and lung cancer incidence could be due to the intake of some carotenoids other than beta-carotene.
