Description
Summary:Activities: All fourth-year students are placed into 2 8-week rotations, one "community" and one "institutional." With the newly available FHT sites, 4 students who had prior community pharmacy experience were assigned to FHT preceptors. Each student was encouraged to contact the preceptor to discuss preparatory activities. SPEP Coordinators were available for consultation throughout rotations. Although FHT rotations would be unique, compared to other "community" rotation sites, objectives and activities of the rotation were expected to be consistent with community SPEP rotations. The majority of students' time was to be in provision of direct patient care.
