Effects of collaborative teacher education: follow-up of graduates of a teacher induction program
In a recent study, teacher education graduates were surveyed regarding the training they received as part of an on-the-job preparation program at the University of Oregon. The results indicate that the majority of graduates continued careers in education after they completed the program.
