Summary:Local development policies are appropriate in public management in the face of problematic situations caused by productive restructuring and the requirement to adapt new demands in various fields. The intention of this work is to visualize and promote social support from this approach, for the SAPAP-ENTSA development initiative "Care about life!", which is currently taking place in Morona-Santiago, Ecuador, and with which it is intended to protect the environment against the practice of mining. It also aims at liberating land for cultivation, without affecting the mining or tourism industries.
