Summary:The present article shows theoretical foundations on the dynamic of the scientific pedagogical knowledge starting from the integration of TIC to the teaching-leaning process (TLP). It is recognized that training as pedagogical category always responds to objectives and interests of the society, and in such a sense, it doesn’t get apart from the development; in this direction, it is assumed the training of professional in education as a dynamic process that is promoted by the development of the TIC, requires to contextualize it, and as a result, to understand and favour the change that is being produced in the cultural patterns of the TLP subject-object relation and that influence in the content of education.
