Summary:The article deals with a novel method for detection of image patches on the video sequences with a color close to the human skin color. The method is based on non-parametric skin detector and motion detector. A naïve Bayesian classifier with incremental learning is used for color classification. Quality estimation of the detector operation is done. Experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed method.
