X-RAY DIFFRACTION ANALYSIS OF OXIFLUORIDE NANOGLASS CERAMIC DOPED WITH YTTERBIUM AND ERBIUM

The precipitating of the crystalline phase in oxifluoride nanoglass ceramic doped with ytterbium and erbium has been observed. The crystal structure, lattice constant and size of the particles have been determined.
