Exploring Possible Racial Bias in The Graduate Records Examination (GRE) Predictive Validity
Guarino and Hibbert present the results of a study conducted to determine if there is evidence of racial bias in GRE predictive validity. Results show that GRE score failed to account for any practical effect size for either racial group (0.026 and 0.010 for Caucasians and African Americans).
