Summary:The objective of this research was to identify the measurement instruments validated in Colombia around emotional regulation, self-perception, evaluation of beliefs and schemas and social and family support, through a bibliometric, descriptive-retrospective study, with a sample end of 87 instruments. The results showed a greater percentage of assessment instruments, beliefs and schemes and a lower percentage of social and family support; Spain is one of the countries with the largest population of standardization of psychological instruments, while Colombia and Mexico have the same percentage compared to the standardization population. [...]it is evident that Colombia presents very few instruments validated around the variables analyzed and requires a greater effort on the part of researchers to build and validate instruments with Colombian population.
