Summary:The features of the X-ray microtomography method are considered. The possibility of using the method for the diagnosis of biological objects is described. The results of the study of the internal structure of a laboratory rat and jaw of a man with metal structures are presented. Evaluation of the necessary technical parameters for the possibility of using the method in medicine was performed.
