Summary:It is known that in a multicomponent piezoceramics with a certain ratio of the components of the solid solution and modifying impurities, the phase transition from the ferroelectric phase to the paraelectric phase occurs in several stages. The temperature interval of structural and polarization changes can reach hundreds of degrees. In the present work polarization switching processes and properties of a piezoceramic material based on PZT studied.
