Perfusion-contraction mismatch with coronary microvascular obstruction : role of inflammation

A close relationship exists between regional myocardial blood flow (RMBF) and function during acute coronary inflow restriction (perfusion-contraction matching). However, the relationship of flow and function during coronary microvascular obstruction is unknown.
