Crystal chemistry of Fe(3positive) and H(positive) in mantle kaersutite: Implications for mantle metasomatism

The results of a detailed study of 20 kaersutite samples are presented in order to assess the relationships among hydrogen ions and 3-iron ions and other major elements within the amphibole structure.
