Summary:Bristol-Myers Squibb also entered into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement in which it conceded that after the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey had commenced its investigation, the company made "significant personnel changes" that included replacing three key employees: the company's Chief Financial Officer, President of Worldwide Medicines Group and Controller.67 In addition, Bristol-Myers Squibb agreed to waive all claims of the attorney-client and work product protections with respect to its factual internal investigation and legal advice given contemporaneously with that investigation by the company's counsel.
