Summary:A method allowing fast and effective cloning of particular cDNA is described. Pairs of synthetic oligonucleotides-primers are used for polymerize chain reaction mediated selective amplification of prolactine cDNTA synthesized on human pituitary poly (A)-mRNA. Sequence of one of the recombinant plasmid insert revealed a full-length pro-lactin cDNA, flanked by the synthetic primers.
