Description
Summary:The paper presents the methodological approaches to the use of an atomic force microscope to study the viral nature of objects and their interaction with specific immunoglobulin (IgG). Application formvar coating mica chips enhances the adsorption of virions virtually affecting the surface topography image of the phase shift STM interaction with IgG, which is proportional to Strength of adhesion of the probe to the surface, allowed visualization of the distribution of surface antibodies viral particles. The method is unique in terms of virology, as it removes the fixation preparation required for research in the transmission microscope
