description | This research analyzes the influence degree of the human element in the development and the operation quality of the successful information systems for Decision Making and User Satisfaction, based on a designed model research for this purpose. The empirical study is carried out in six Higher Education Institutions in the northeast of Mexico (94 questionnaires) by statistical tool well known as Partial Least Squares. The results show that User Participation, Manager Support and Information Quality are the elements with the most impact, mainly on Satisfaction (81.7% explained variance). [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT] |
