Summary: | Methodological approaches to the prediction of the stability of the quality indices of electric arc welding of metals, which use the experimentally determined distribution laws of the main input controlled parameters, are proposed and substantiated. A scheme for calculating a rapidly moving heat source is used to obtain analytical relations to estimate the probabilities of reaching the required molten pool width and depth and the cooling rate in the range of the minimum stability of austenite. |
