Summary:This paper aims to present a comparative study between two selected countries, namely Poland and Denmark, when it comes to supply chain management and how technology plays a role in the supply chainin the food sector for both Poland and Denmark respectively. The literature review has shown that technology plays the most important part in Supply Management, in Small-Medium Enterprises. Based on this, the authors have conducted research on both Danish and Polish agribusiness. The most important technologies have also been identified to be concepts such as Blockchain, Internet-of-Things, Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence, and it has also been researched and proposed how these technologies could be adapted into the agribusiness. Also the framework for global food Supply Chain Management based on Internet-of-Things,Blockchain, Cloud Computing and Machine Learning has been proposed. At the end ofthis article the limitations and scope of future directions have also been presented.
