Summary:The fine-structure energy levels and lifetimes are calculated for the lowest 218 levels of the 2 s 2 2 p 5 , 2 s 2 p 6 , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 s , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 p , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 d , 2 s 2 p 5 3 s , 2 s 2 p 5 3 p , 2 s 2 p 5 3 d , 2 p 6 3 s , 2 p 6 3 p , 2 p 6 3 d , 2 s 2 2 p 4 4 s , 2 s 2 2 p 4 4 p , 2 s 2 2 p 4 4 d , 2 s 2 p 5 4 s , 2 s 2 p 5 4 p , and 2 s 2 p 5 4 d configurations in Sc XIII using the general-purpose relativistic atomic structure package (GRASP). The atomic data of the electric dipole ( E 1), electric quadrupole ( E 2), magnetic dipole ( M 1), and magnetic quadrupole ( M 2) transitions from the levels of 2 s 2 2 p 5 , 2 s 2 p 6 , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 s , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 p , 2 s 2 2 p 4 3 d , 2 s 2 p 5 3 s , 2 s 2 p 5 3 p , 2 s 2 p 5 3 d , 2 p 6 3 s , 2 p 6 3 p , and 2 p 6 3 d configurations to the levels of the 2 s 2 2 p 5 and 2 s 2 p 6 configurations are presented. The GRASP results are compared with the other calculations and measurements.
