Description
Summary:In this study, we isolated two new neoflavones from Aconitum austroyunnanense and examined their therapeutic activity against osteoarthritis of the knee. All the tested compounds displayed good anti-inflammatory activity and significantly therapeutic activity against osteoarthritis of rats using surgically induced rat OA models. Compound 1 has the best therapeutic activity and appears to be a promising candidate for further development.
