Description
Summary:The Veterans Health Administration Employee Education System has launched a collaborative effort with its counterpart agencies in the U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, and Navy to develop reusable training content applicable to multiple federal agencies. The goal is to combine interagency resources to create healthcare–related training courseware that all participating agencies can share. The success of this initiative is attributable to the willing and deliberate, cooperative efforts of these agencies. Here, we discuss 17 challenges to collaborative training development.
