Summary: | 90% * Hydrochloric acid solution from Thomas Baker 37% ~ (11.97M). * Pyrocatechol were supplied from BDH (Poole, UK) 98% * Manganese dioxide powder from BDH (Poole, UK) * Cellulose acetate were supplied from BDH (Poole, UK) * Dimethyl formamide (DMF) supplied from BDH (Poole, UK) * Ethanol, analytical grade, 99.9% * Acetone, analytical grade, 99% * Pharmaceutical grade NIF was supplied from sigma chemical co. The absorbance measurements were performed using 1cm path length of quartz flow cell (Cecil, 50 lL internal volume). * A peristaltic pump of six channels (Ismatec, Labortechnik- Analytic, type CH-8152, Glatbrugg Zurich-Switzerland) to pump the solutions of reagents. * A 6-ways injection valve with different loops (Rheodyne, Altex 210, Supelco -USA) used for injecting samples. * A Flexible tubs (0.8 mm i.d.) was used for the peristaltic pump and a teflon tubes (0.5mm i.d.) was used for made different lengths of reaction coil. * Glass tube (2mm i.d. and 3-10 cm length) for SPR. * sieves (50^200 mm) of different mesh size (Retsch Gmbh and Co., KG, Germany) Reagents: Stock solution of pyrocatechol (PC) 0.01M (MW=n0.11g.mol-1) was prepared by dissolving 0.1101g with distilled water to 100 volumetric flask. To reach the preferable experimental condition, it was essential to study all the requirements that lead to high sensitivity, good reproducibility and repeatability. [...]the proposed study revealed the effect of SPR composition ratio which was clarified previously (MnÜ2: CA), particles size of the immobilized MnÜ2, reactor length and weight of particles packed into the reactor tube as observed in Figure 5-a, b, c, d. The weight ratio between the solid reagent and the support should be corresponding and occupied sites on the inner surface of the support particles, otherwise the reactor lifetime and the repeatability may effect. |
