H NMR, IR and TG. A novel rust remover with corrosion inhibition was prepared by using CETSA as the main component. The results of rust removal were tested by the difference method and intuitive comparison method, and its rust removal mechanism was explored. The corrosion inhibition effect of the composite reagent for A3 steel in 1 M HCl solution was investigated by static weight loss test, the adsorption isotherm was calculated and fitted.
Graphic abstract
CETSA was synthesized as a novel rust remover, which removed rust from the metal surface through penetration and chelation. It has excellent rust removal performance and protects the metal from corrosion by forming the adsorption membrane. |
