Summary:In most cities in the world, there are monitoring centers with video cameras only used for video surveillance, looking for illicit or accidents. Given the already available camera infrastructure, new services based on image technology arise. A proposal of technical considerations is made to show the feasibility. Entendiendo que los sistemas de video-vigilancia son una pieza clave en la estructura de una ciudad inteligente, no solo en el ámbito de la seguridad sino también en el social, es que este grupo ha trabajado y generado diferentes trabajos en esta temática.
