Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and mass spectrometric analyses, including 1D-, 2D-NMR, HR-ESI-MS and ECD spectra. Compound 1 displayed moderate cytotoxicity against both PC3 and MCF4 cell lines in MTT assay with IC50 values of 22.60 and 7.80 µM, respectively.
