Summary:Effect of a five-day residential yoga intervention and three months follow up after home practice, on 77 offshore employees of the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, who are exposed to a high-risk working environment, was studied. Mindfulness, emotion regulation, affect, and stress were measured. Repeated measures ANOVA using linear mixed-effects model showed that all the variables had significantly influenced the perceived stress, except for emotion regulation.
