Summary:The article analyzes scientific publications offoreign and Taiwan researchers, which substantiate the impact of climate change on the environment, on the economy and on society as a whole. The research centers have great potential in researching economic development, but the problems of energy consumption with high technology growths, toxic substances emissions, CO2, etc. have not been adequately developed. The influence of high-emission emissions on the economy and industry as a whole has been developed, the method of economic evaluation has been developed; The application of the systems for catching emissions after revitalization (BSS) in the metal industry (ISI) has been studied, the contribution of such systems to economic development, the change in consumption and demand of energy and the benefits of the BSSfor the environment, for inter-sectoral interdependence and analysis of economic efficiency.
