junctions, 45°C, was observed at the supplied thermal power of 13 W, when the photoelectric converters were installed on the AlN ceramics. In photoelectric converters installed on the Al
2
O
3
ceramics, the overheating of
p
–
n
junctions was 49°C, while it reached 70°C on the aluminum-oxide substrate. |
