Summary: | The lattice Boltzmann method development gave the insight of the new alternative way of simulation. In this study, we modify the LBM scheme for Rayleigh-Taylor instability multiphase case. By comparing with the other numerical method of RTI case, the current LBM model was successfully simulated the RTI phenomenon precisely. The quantitative study of bubble and spike position is investigated and shows a similar result with the previous study. Moreover, the qualitative result of late-time RTI development simulation is also presented as well. |
