description The article discusses the results of assessing the efficiency of using the mineral complex based on nanopowders of iron, zinc, and copper for the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood on the background of modeling iron deficiency anemia in white rats. The statistically significant effect of the studied preparation indicates the non-uniform recovery dynamics of the morphological parameters of the blood of white rats in various experimental groups. Copper and zinc should be considered in more detail since they have common grounds with iron in maintaining the homeostasis in the organism: they participate in building enzymes of the anti-oxidative stress and are at the same time involved in the processes of hematopoiesis and functioning of the immune system2. Zinc and iron are characterized by antagonistic interactions; however, many ions of trivalent iron may lead to the development of the oxidative stress, on which zinc has a direct effect, being part of the enzymes that catalyze the process of lipid peroxidation4.
