Thisarticletriesto explaintheactualconceptof al-tafaulin Islamand its implementation inthetraditionalFiqh books. The data are collectedfromthe selected fiqh booksandanalysed interms of al-tafaulimplementation. Thearticle findsthereare manytopics in Islamic Law which containtheal-tafaul approach, suchas solat,thefuneralmanagement,the naming ofchildrenandaqiqah ceremony. Itcomes whether in director indirect and based on Islamic principle. So, we can concludethat theapproachmentis principallyacceptable, butitdepends on how itis implemented.
