Summary: | A new approach is proposed for recording reciprocal space maps near the Bragg reflection using an adaptive bending element of X-ray optics based on a bidomain monolithic crystal of lithium niobate, which is necessary for time-resolved studies of the defect structure of single crystals on laboratory X-ray sources. The proposed method is tested on a silicon crystal under static uniaxial mechanical loading. |
