Description
Summary:In this study, we evaluated coverage models (roofs) of underground houses of southern Jê people. There are hypothetically idealized models proposed by archeologists following this sense, and we attempt to propose architecture perspectives regarding construction characteristics of those. Cultural and environmental relations of societies which projected and built such structures are discussed. We present models’ discussion and graphical formulation of new structural alternatives of underground houses coverage.
