Summary:Pulmonary stenosis is the most common reason of right ventricular outflow tract obstruction. Isolated pulmonary valvular stenosis constitutes 7% to 10% of patients with congenital heart disease in all age groups. We present a case of isolated pulmonary stenosis with 213 mmHg transvalvular gradient, which to our knowledge, is the most severe transpulmonic gradient in the literature.
