Description
Summary:•The effect of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction on magnetic solitons.•Phase diagram is given for different types of soliton solutions.•Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction affects energy of soliton. We theoretically investigate the effect of Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) on magnetic solitons in anisotropic ferromagnetic wires driven by the adiabatic spin-transfer torque. The DMI changes the formation region of soliton solution and the corresponding phase diagram is given for different types of soliton solutions. Also, it affects the processional frequency and the internal structure distortion of solitons. We show that the DMI decreases the energy for symmetric soliton while increases the energy for antisymmetric one. It implies that the DMI favours the more steady state of magnetization for the case of strong easy-axis anisotropy.
