Summary:Results: Cyriax soft tissue release and Scapular Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation with traditional exercises (Group A) had a significant effect in improving shoulder range of motion and decreasing pain in post mastectomy adhesive capsulitis rather than (Group B) that patients administrated to traditional shoulder exercises only. The management of breast cancer depends on factors such as, clinical characteristics, demographic data of the patients and the stage of the cancer. The treatment of breast Cancer in serious stages is surgical interference when the tumor is localized, then followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or both. The patients were selected from Egyptian National Cancer Institute and procedures were carried out in outpatients clinic of faculty of physical therapy, Cairo university.
