Summary: | Nowadays developing nanoscale photon sources with controllable optical properties in telecommunication wavelength is in high demand. Such devices can improve and increase the efficiency of modern telecommunication systems. Here we nu- merically calculate Purcell factor for all-dielectric oligomers made of crystalline silicone nanocylinders, tuned on the standard telecommunication wavelength (1540 nm). We demonstrate that in such nanostructure Purcell factor can be enhanced by two or- ders of magnitude due to Fano resonance. Also, we show how directivity patterns depend on the position of the magnetic dipole in the structure. The results obtained in this work could be applied for the creation of efficient nanoantenna based on the erbium-doped silicon oligomer and further application in optical telecommunications. |
