Summary: | In this research synthesis of titanium dioxide TiO2 using Sol-Gel method. Prepared titanium oxide nanoparticle. Mixed the powder with other nanomaterials such as silver nanoparticle at different rates (3, 5, 7)%w . Prepared thin film by R.F sputtering technique. Study the effect of nanomaterials on three types of living bacteria and when the nanoscale silver found, the percentage kill of bacteria increased. The following conclusions can be made based on the study. The prepared sample is an antibacterial. The effect of silver nanoparticle was time- and dose-dependent. |
