Summary: | In production processes, production times represent an important factor that influences business competitiveness regarding a timely meeting of business objectives. [...]in order to provide a better understanding of these study cases, in terms of inputs, outputs and processes, the corresponding business process models are developed for the strategic, operational and support levels and the standard times are calculated using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Keywords: Standard time; Optimization model; Nonlinear programming; BPMN; ANOVA. Sin embargo, esta hipótesis conlleva a interrogantes sobre si un modelo matemático basado optimización no lineal es apropiado para estimar el tiempo estándar del proceso con un mínimo error para el nivel operacional, y sobre la posibilidad de simular los procesos administrativos para obtener una mejor comprensión de los mismos. |
